The EU Justice Insight consortium is an international partnership, which is composed of the following organisations (partners, members): European Dialogue (coordinator, Slovakia), The Future Now Association (Bulgaria), and Scambieuropei (Italy).

Our services
The EU Justice Insight project aims to increase the interest in and awareness of the EU judiciary and law by enabling simple insight into judicial activities and history of the CJEU (Court of Justice of the European Union) and introducing all relevant topics in an innovative way to EU citizens. It shall also foster active participation and facilitate the dialogue and exchange of information related to EU law and justice. It shall also improve the skills of students in judicial procedures and tackle misinformation about EU affairs.
The main result of the EU Justice Insight project is a website that is an interactive space opened to everybody. It contains an interactive database and media, educational, and informational materials. As a result of use of the materials and participation in the activities, EU citizens will gain or improve relevant competences and thereby they will become more confident in the topic of EU law and justice. Last but not least, misinformation about this topic will be prevented and tackled.
All services/products provided on the EU Justice Insight website are free of charge.
We do not bear responsibility if you cannot access the website due to problems, which are not in our control.
Your rights and obligations
All visitors are entitled to access the content available on the EU Justice Insight website for the aims and purposes, which are in alignment with the EU Justice Insight project’s aims or for any other non-profit purpose as long as the usage of the information respects the intellectual property rights over it. Updating our Terms of Use
The EU Justice Insight website is developed in accordance with the Description of action under Agreement No 2022-2-SK02-KA210-YOU-000091348, which pre-defines our services. However, our team shall continue its work to improve the provided services, where deemed necessary. In case such improvements or changes in the applicable law necessitate the update of the present Terms of Use, we shall inform you about any introduced amendments by publishing the new version on the EU Justice Insight website and noting it in the News section.
We will only make changes if the provisions are no longer appropriate or if they are incomplete. Such notifications will be sent no later than 7 days from the date of the adoption of the amendments.
Once any updated Terms are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use our services. If not specified otherwise, the new Terms shall enter into force 20 days after the update notification, unless the changes are required by law.
Additional provisions
The Terms of Use shall be governed by Slovak and European law and for all matters not settled by the present Terms of Use, the provisions of the Slovak and European legislation in force shall apply.
You agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of our website will be resolved amicably and in good faith, through negotiations and mutual concessions. If an agreement cannot be reached you agree that the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court
The present Terms of Use are adopted by all Partners acting jointly as the EU Justice Insight consortium.
